At The Dua Brand, we strive for perfection in every scent, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return process for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at support@theduabrand.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the fragrance bottle is in its original, unopened packaging and securely wrap the item to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
